Jiu Jitsu Training
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is founded on the concept that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend themselves against a bigger, stronger, heavier opponent.
By learning and practicing techniques developed in Jiu Jitsu which include striking, throwing/takedowns, pinning, joint locking and chokeholds based on leverage and proper body positioning you will become empowered with the ability of knowing you can defend yourself if the need ever arises.
